| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨不同的外科截骨术式对快速扩大上颌牙弓效果的影响。方法 :对 1 0只成龄狗进行配合 Lefort 型截骨术、腭中缝离断术的快速扩大上牙弓 ,通过组织学、定位 X线光片及模型测量分析 ,观察不同的手术方式对快速扩大上颌效果的影响。结果 :两种术式均可扩大上牙弓 ,但腭中缝离断组效果明显。结论 :快速扩大上牙弓的阻力以腭中缝为最大。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the affection of different surgical osteotomy pattern to the quickly expanding of maxillary. Methods:Applying the assisted Le fort Ⅰ osteotomy and the palate midline truncation of quickly expanding of maxillary to the 10 fully grown dogs, through the histology, oriented X ray and model measured analysis to observe the effection of different surgical pattern. Results:Two different surgical pattern both can expand the maxillary, the effection of palate midline truncation is distinctive. Conclusion: The zone of great resistance is palate midline. |
