摘    要:目的:提高对大运动量训练所致的横纹肌溶解症的认识。方法:分析2例训练相关性横纹肌溶解症病例误诊原因并复习相关文献。结果:患者主要表现为肌痛、棕色尿以及血清肌酸激酶明显升高,合并急性肾功能不全,因临床症状不典型易误诊。结论:对短时间大强度训练后出现横纹肌溶解症认识不足,患者为青壮年,易误诊为中暑,严重者容易出现急性’肾功能衰竭及多脏器功能障碍综合征,临床上应予以重视。

Analysis on misdiagnosis factors of exercise rhabdomylysis and a review of literature

Abstract:Objective: To improve the understanding of rhabdomylysis(ER) as a result of excessive exercise. Methods: Two cases of ER was reported, and factors associated with misdiagnosis were analyzed; the relevant literature was reviewed. Results: The main clinical features were myosalgia, brown urine and the significantly increased serum creatin kinase, accompanied by acute renal failure. Misdiagnosis was frequent because of atypical symptoms. Conclusion: Over-exercise in a short time may cause ER in young and middle aged people, and it is easily misdiagnosed as heat stroke. When it is severe, it tends to induce acute renal failure and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Therefore, it justifies clinical attention.
