乳腺癌癌旁腺病C-erbB-2的表达

通过检测癌旁腺病及乳腺癌组织中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达，分析癌旁腺病与乳腺癌之间的关系。结果在６８例癌旁腺病中有１９例阳性（２７．９％），６８例乳腺癌中有２７例阳性（３９．７％），两者相比，Ｐ＞０．０５。癌旁腺病与乳腺癌阳性强度之比Ｐ＜０．０１。癌旁腺病小叶增生期阳性率为３３．９％。４０例不伴有乳腺癌的腺病中只有２例弱阳性，与癌旁腺病及乳腺癌有明显不同（Ｐ＜０．０１）。以上结果提示，乳腺病有癌变的可能性，特别是小叶增生期有导管上皮增生或不典型增生者，应视为癌前病变

C erbB 2 Expression of Surrounding Mammary Adenosis of the Breast Carcinoma

By the determination of C erbB 2 expression in surrounding mammary adenosis and breast carcinoma tissue, we studied the relationship between surrounding mammary adenosis and breast carcinoma. We detected the C erbB 2 protein in 68 surrounding mammary adenosis of breast carcinoma and the acccompanied 68 breast carcinoma by ABC method. Among the 68 surrounding mammary adenosis, 19 cases were positive (27.9%), among the 68 breast carcinoma, 27 cases were positive (39.7%). The difference between these two groups was not significant (P>0.05), but the difference between the positive strength of these two groups was significant (P<0.01). The positive rate of surrounding mammary adenosis lobular proliferation stage was 33.9%. Among the 40 adenosis without breast carcinoma, only two cases were slightly positive, this was significant compaired with thoese of surrounding mammary adenosis and breast carcinoma (P<0.01). The breast adenosis has the possibility of carcinoma, especially lobular proliferation stage with epithelium proliferation or atypical proliferatron, it can be regarded as precarcinoma lesion.
