| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同类型阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的射频消融效果及临床特点.方法对行射频消融治疗的62例PSVT患者进行分析.结果消融总成功率93.5%,右侧旁道消融成功率低于左侧旁道及房室结双径路慢径消融的成功率(88.3% vs 94.5%及96.4%;P值均<0.05),总复发率6.8%,并发症发生率1.6%.结论射频消融治疗PSVT为一项安全、有效的方法,但开展早期应重视预防严重并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical features and efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) in various types of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT). Methods The results of RFCA in 62 patients with PSVT were analyzed in this study. Results The total success rate of ablating PSVT was 93 5%. The success rate of ablating right accessory pathway was lower than that of ablating left accessory pathway and slow pathway(88 3% vs 94 5% and 96 4%, P <0 05). The total recrudescent rate of ablating PSVT was 6 8%. The total rate of severe complications was 1 6%. Conclusion RFCA in patients with PSVT is safe and effective, but attention should be given to early prevention of severe complications. |
