| 摘 要： | 目的：本文研究了六种查耳酮的制备方法，查耳酮是合成黄酮类化合物的中间体。方法：在氢氧化钠催化下，苯乙酮与苯甲醛反应。结果：制备１－苯－３－（４－二甲氨基苯基）－２－丙烯酮（５），１－苯－３－（３－硝基苯基）－２－丙烯酮（６），１－苯－３－（２－羟基苯基）－２－丙烯酮（７），１－苯基－３－（４－甲氧基苯基）－２－丙烯酮（８），１－（２，４－二甲氧基苯基）－３－（４－甲氧基苯基）－２－丙烯酮（９）和１

| Abstract: | Objective:Preparation of six chalcons is studied in this paper,chalcon is an important intermediate to synthesize flavons.Methode:In catalysis of sodium hydroxide,acetophenone reacts with benzaldehyde.Results:1-phenyl-3-(4-dimethylamino-phenyl)-2-propen-1-one(5),1-phenyl-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-2-propen-1-one(6),1-phenyl-3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one(7),1-phenyl-3-(4-meth oxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one(8),1(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-propen-1-one(9) and 1-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-2-propen-1-one(10) are prepared,their structures are determinded by MS, 1HNMR and element analysis.Conclusions:High yields is gained to prepare chalcons by this method.products is easy to purify |
