| 摘 要： | 用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察不同月龄小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬过程,通过计算机三维图像重建系统清晰地再现了巨噬细胞吞噬异物时的三维立体结构。探讨了老龄小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的特点。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the phagocytosis of macrophages of abdominal cavity in aged mice, the process of the Chicken's red blood cells phagocytized by the macrophages in different age mice were observed using laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM). The phagocytosis of macrophage was demanstrated clearly by the computer three-dimensional reconstruction system of LSCM.The results show that the phagocytosis of macrophages decreases markedly in aged mice. |
