| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨接触冷冻疗法对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗作用。方法：总结分析2001年2月以来应用接触冷冻序法，根据鼻声反射确定冷冻部位，施行冻—融2次，治疗86例共143侧慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。结果：71侧获得治愈，57侧好转，15侧无效，治愈率为51．05％，有效率为92．31％。无鼻中隔穿孔、黏膜撕裂等并发症发生。结论：液氮接触冷冻疗法是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的一种理想方法，操作简单，痛苦较少，费用较低。鼻声反射检查指导治疗，有助于提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of contactive cryotherapy to treat chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods: The clinical results of 143 sides of 86 cases with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated by contactive cryotherapy from Feb. 2001 were analysed. Results:The therapy area were determined by acoustic rhinometry and treated twice with freezing and melting. 71 sides were cured, 57 sides improved and 15 sides failed.The cure rate was 51.05%, total effectiveness rate was 92.31%, and no complications (including perforating of nasal septum or tearing of mucosa) were occured. Conclusion:The contactive cryotherapy using liquid nitrogen is a satisfying method to treat chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, simple operation and with less misery, smaller expense. Therapy guided by acoustic rhinometry may improve the effectiveness. |
