摘    要:目的建立茴拉西坦分散片中有关物质的检测方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS-2柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(体积比60:40)为流动相,检测波长为285nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1。结果茴拉西坦的最低检测限为0.21ng,且主成分与有关杂质均能有效分离。结论本法可用于茴拉西坦分散片中有关物质的检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the analyzing related substances in aniracetam dispersible tablets. Methods Samples were analyzed on Hypersil ODS-2 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(60: 40). The detection wavelength was 285 nm and the flow rate 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results The detection limit of aniracetam was 0.21ng, and the principal components could be well separated from the impurities. Conclusion This method was suitable for the quality control of aniracetam dispersible tablets.
