CE方案治疗小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

作者用CE(卡铂,鬼臼乙叉甙)方案治疗小细胞肺癌25例,获CR2例,PR18例,有效率为80％。以EP(鬼臼乙叉甙,顺铂)方案治疗24例作为对照,其中CR 3例,PR13例,有效率为66.6％。CE组和EP组的初治病例有效率分别为78％和80％。胃肠道反应:CE组反应较轻;肾脏毒性:CE与小剂量顺铂联用组(EP)相仿;血液毒性:CE组白细胞减少略比EP组明显。

THERAPUTIC EFFECT OF "CE" REGIMEN LN SMALL CELLLUNG CANCER

25 patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC)were treated with carb-oplatin and etoposide (CE regimen). 2 patients achieved CR and 18 patients PR. The overall response rate was 79.0% .24 patients with small cell lung cancer treated with low dose cisplatin and etoposide(EP regimen) , this group was served as control. 3 patients achieved CR and 13 patients with PR. The overall response rate was 66.6% .The response rate of the patients without prior treatment was 79% in CE group and 80% in EP group.Gastrointestinal reactions in CE group were lower than that in EP group. Nephrotoxicity in CE group was similar to EP. Leukopenia in CE group was slightly more severe than that in EP group.
