| 摘 要： | 目的：观察奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法：用奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁注射液治疗38例,另38例接受单纯舒血宁注射液治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.8%和65.8%（P〈0.05）。结论：奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁注射液是一种治疗脑梗死的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of ozagrel combined with Shuxuening injection in treatment of cerebral infarction（CI）.Methods：Among 76 CI patients,38 were treated by ozagrel and Shuxuening injection,the remainder 38 were treated only by Shuxuening injection.Results：A improvement of overall efficacy was seen in ozagrel and Shuxuening injection group compared with Shuxuening injection group（86.8% vs 65.8%.P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of ozagrel and Shuxuening injection was proved to be effective than Shuxuening injection in treatment of CI. |
