国产帕罗西汀与针灸理疗治疗躯体化障碍的对照研究

目的:探讨帕罗西汀与针灸理疗治疗躯体化障碍的疗效和副反应。方法:184例患者按就诊先后随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别进行帕罗西汀与针灸理疗治疗4周,于治疗前及治疗后分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、四级临床疗效评定标准、副反应量表(TESS)及实验室检查评估疗效及安全性。结果:对照组总有效率分别为92.39%、55.43%,两组间疗效差异有显著性。对照组未见明显不良反应。治疗组不良反应发生率为11.01%。主要为轻度恶心、多汗和性欲改变。结论:帕罗西汀治疗躯体化障碍疗效较好,副作用少。

A Comparative Study of Paroxetine Versus Acupuncture-therapy in Treatment of Somatization Disorder

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy and side effects of paroxetine for somatization disorder compared with acupuncture-therapy.Methods 184 patients were divided at random into therapy group treated with paroxetine and control group with acupuncture-therapy respectively for 4 weeks.The status of the patients was assessed before and after treatment with HAMD,TESS,Four-grade clinical assessing criteria and the results of laboratory tests to compare the therapeutic efficacy and side effects of paroxetine with acupuncture-therapy.Results The total effective rate was 92.39% in therapy group and 55.43% in control group respectively.Significant difference was found between two groups.The incidence of side effects in therapy group was 11.01%,but no evident side effects was found in control group.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of paroxetine for somatization disorder is significant with less side effects.
