| Abstract: | The clinical menifestations of lung carcinoma at the advanced stage are very complicated which are due to concurrence of depletion and repletion,over flowing of the lung Qi and phlegm accumulating with blood stasis,as these are thought to be the essential mechanisms of the disease at that stage.The treatment must focus on descending the Qi and dissipating the phlegm,tonifying the right Qi and eliminating the evil,removing the blood stasis and resolving the toxin. |
