| 摘 要： | 目的:研究四君子汤对侵袭性肺曲霉病(IPA)模型小鼠的作用。方法:将小鼠随机分成8组,建立IPA模型后分别给小鼠灌服高、中、低不同剂量四君子汤及酮康唑7d,于第8天处死,取肺、肝、脾、肾做组织烟曲霉培养及病理切片,观察各脏器烟曲霉菌的培养情况及病理变化,同时另取小鼠做生存实验。结果:不同剂量四君子汤治疗组小鼠各脏器烟曲霉的菌落数均比IPA模型组少,烟曲霉色素明显减弱,以中剂量组最为明显;病理切片结果显示,IPA模型组肺组织可见大量菌丝,中剂量和高剂量四君子汤组肺组织未见菌丝,低剂量组可见少量菌丝。生存实验表明,中剂量四君子汤组小鼠的生存时间及质量明显优于IPA模型组。结论:四君子汤可缓解IPA小鼠的肺组织病理损伤,明显减缓IPA的发展,尤以中、高剂量组明显。
