摘    要:目的在相同条件下检测同一个体不同试管采集标本中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的水平,比较结果的差异,探讨NSE检测的影响因素。方法选择健康体检者30例,选用4种试管(美国BD公司真空凝胶促凝管、无添加剂的普通塑料管、国产某品牌喷涂式促凝剂真空采血管及粉剂型促凝管)分别采集同一体检者血液2.5mL。在相同条件下应用Roche Cobas e601电化学发光免疫分析仪测定NSE水平,与普通塑料管结果比较,统计检测结果的差异。结果国产粉剂型促凝管结果最高,统计结果有显著性差异;国产喷涂式促凝剂真空采血管次之,但没有显著性差异。美国BD公司的真空凝胶促凝管和无添加剂的普通塑料管结果最低。同条件下随着时间的推移重新检测NSE水平,美国BD公司的真空凝胶促凝管结果最稳定。结论某些促凝剂影响NSE的检测水平,会出现假阳性,并影响到临床诊疗。检测NSE的血液标本在避免溶血、及时送检分离血清的前提下,真空凝胶促凝管的结果最可靠,且影响因素少,易于保存。

Abstract:Objective To detect the neuron-specific enolase(NSE) of the same individual in different tubes specimen collection at the same conditions, compare the difference of the results, investi- gate new influence factors of the NSE testing. Methods A total of 30 cases healthy check-up blood samples were collected, four kinds of tubes(the United States BD company vacuum gel coagulation tube, ordinary plastic pipe of no addition, a certain domestic brand spraying type coagulant vacutainer and powder dosage form coagulant tube) were chosen to collect the same individual blood specimen 2.5mL respectively. At the same conditions, the levels of NSE were tested by Roche e601 electrochemiluminescence immunoassay detection, the results were compared with that of ordinary plastic pipe, the differences of the results were observed. Results The NSE in domestic powder dosage form was highest, and statistical resuits had significant difference; Domestic spraying type coagulant vacutainer took the second place, but no significant difference. The NSE of United States BD company's vacuum gel coagulation tube and ordinary plastic pipe of no addition results were the lowest. Under same conditions with the passage of time to test the level of NSE, the United States BD company's vacuum gel coagulation tube results was the most stable. Conclusion Some coagulant can affect NSE detection level, false positive appearing can affect the clinical diagnosis and treatment. If NSE detection of blood specimen can avoid hemolysis, timely inspection separation serum premise, vacuum gel coagulation tube could receive the most reliable results, and the in- fluence factors are less enough to save.
