HIF-1、Bax、Ki67在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达及其相关性的研究

摘    要:目的探讨HIF-1(缺氧诱导因子)、Bax(细胞凋亡相关因子)、Ki67(细胞增殖因子)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达状况及其相关性,研究其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用和关系,为卵巢癌的治疗提出新的思路。方法采用免疫组织化学法分析107例卵巢上皮性肿瘤HIF-1、Bax、Ki67的表达状况及三者间的相关性。结果 HIF-1、Bax、Ki67在卵巢癌中的表达明显高于其他三组(P〈0.05);HIF-1增高程度与临床分期、组织学分型无关(P〉0.05),而与肿瘤的组织学分级呈正相关(P〈0.05);Bax蛋白的表达与组织学分型、手术病理分期及分级均无关(P〉0.05);Ki67阳性率在交界瘤和癌中的表达显著高于良性肿瘤(P〈0.01),与肿瘤的分期及分级呈正相关,与组织学分型无关。Bax与HIF-1、Ki67在卵巢癌组织的表达分别呈负相关(r=-0.352,P=0.012;r=-0.354,P=0.012),HIF-1与Ki67表达呈正相关(r=0.382,P=0.006)。结论 HIF-1、Bax、Ki67在上皮性卵巢癌组织上高表达并具有相关性,在其发生、分化、进展过程中起重要作用,有望成为治疗卵巢癌的新靶点。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions and significances of HIF-1 (hypoxia-inducible factor),Bax(apoptosis related factor) and Ki67 (prolifrating cell nuclear antigen) in epi- thelial ovarian carcinoma, and analyze their correlation, to research the function and the relationship in the tumor occurrence and development and put forward new ideas for the treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods mmunohistoehemical PV method was used to detect the expression levels of HIF-1,Bax and Ki67 in 50 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer, 13 cases with borderline ovarian tumor,34 cases with benign ovarian tumor and 10 cases with normal ovarian tissues. Resuits The expression levels of HIF-1,Bax and Ki67 in epithelial ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the other three groups (P〈0.05). The expression levels of HIF-1 were not related to histological types, stages but grades. The expression levels of Ki67 in borderline ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor(P〈0.01) and was positive correlation between histopathological grades, stages. The expression levels of Bax were not related to histological types, histopathological grades and stages. The expression of Bax was negatively correlatied with the expression of HIF-1 and Ki67. The expression of HIF-1 was positively correlated with the expression of Ki67. Conclusion HIF- 1,Bax, Ki67 play important roles in the occurrence,differentiation and development of epithelial ovarian cancer, which may become new targets of epithelial ovarian cancer treatment.
