反复自然流产患者外剧血中CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞、IL-8和IL-10的表达

目的对反复自然流产患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞（CD4＋CD25＋Treg）百分率和IL-8、IL-10含量变化及可能产生的作用进行探讨。方法采用三色流式细胞术检测120例反复自然流产患者、120名正常妊娠妇女和120名正常非妊娠妇女外周血中CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞比例，ELISA法检测上述研究对象IL-8和IL-10含量。结果反复自然流产组妇女外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞的百分率和IL-10水平明显低于正常非妊娠组和正常妊娠组．而IL-8明显高于正常非妊娠组和正常妊娠组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞、IL-8和IL-10水平与反复自然流产的发生有关。

Expression of CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells,IL-8 and IL-10 in the peripheral blood of repeated spontaneous abortion patients

Objective To investigate the changes of CD4＋CD25 ＋Treg cells, IL-8 and IL-10 in recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） patients. Methods Peripheral blood from 120 RSA patients, 120 normal pregnancy women and 120 non-pregnancy women was collected and the levels of CD4＋CD25＋Treg were analyzed by flow eytometry. The levels of IL- 8,IL-10 in peripheral blood were determined by enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）. Results The percentage of CD4＋CD25＋Treg and the levels of IL-10 were lower in the RSA group than those in the non-pregnancy group or normal pregnancy group （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-8 were higher in the RSA group than those in non-pregnancy group or normal pregnancy group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg, IL-8 and IL-10 may play an important role in RSA.
