恩平市某村诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发的调查

目的了解2012年恩平市某村一起诺如病毒引起的肠炎的流行特点．探讨暴发疫情调查处理的经验．为今后控制类似疫情提供科学依据。方法由疾控中心专业人员用专门的个案调查表对所有病例进行流行病学调查．部分病例采集大便样本进行检测，并结合实验室结果进行流行病学分析。结果本次疫情共有11人发病，罹患率为22．92％；最小1岁，最大62岁，男女性别比为0．83：1，病例的临床表现基本相同，以腹泻、腹痛等胃肠炎症状为主，病情较轻，病例呈一定的家庭聚集性，病程2—4d。检测6例现症病人的肛试样品或粪便样品，发现5份检出诺如病毒核酸阳性，其中1份合并轮状病毒核酸阳性。结论本次疫情是诺如病毒引起的以日常生活接触传播为主的暴发疫情，且部分患者伴有轮状病毒感染。

Investigation of noroviral gastroenteritis outbreak in a rural community of Enping city

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of noroviral gastroenteritis outbreak in 2012 in a Rural Community in Enping city and provide scientific basis as well as experiences of investigation and control for future cases. Method Case investigation was done by professionals. Stool samples from some cases were collected for testing. Results The major clinical symptoms were diarrhea and stomach ache. 11 persons （aged 1-62） were sick and the attack rate was 22.92%. The sex ratio was 0.83：1, and the case distribution was clustering in the family. The infection lasts for 2 to 4 days. To test 6 cases＇ faeces or anal swabs,5 cases were found norovirus positive,and the one also had rotavirus positive. Conclusions This infectious diarrhea case was caused by norovirus, the transmission was mainly through daily contact. And some patients with rotavirus infection.
