疗尔健对全胃肠外营养肝硬化大鼠肝脏的保护作用

目的 观察疗尔健对肝硬化大鼠全胃肠外营养时的肝保护作用。方法 ３３只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠随机分成２组，正常组８只，肝硬化模型组１９只，肝硬化对照组６只。观察大鼠血清ＴＢＩＬ、ＡＳＴ、ＡＬＴ、血浆、ＡＬＢ、肝重／体重比值、肝ＴＧ、ＣＨＯ含量及肝脏形态学的变化。结果 肝硬化大鼠ＴＢＩＬ无明显改变（Ｐ〉０．０５），但ＡＳＴ、ＡＬＴ升高（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清ＡＬＢ降低（Ｐ〈０．０５），肝重／体重比值增加（Ｐ〈

STUDY FOR THE PROTECTIVE FUNCTION OF HEPADIF TO LIVER IN THE CIRRHOTIC RATS WITH TPN

Objective To observe the protective function of hepadif to liver in the cirrhotic rats administrated by TPN. MethodsThirty three clear Wistar rats are divided into two groups randomly: normal group (n=6); cirrhotic group (n=19). And the cirrhotic group was subdivided into:control group (n=6 ), TPN group (n=7), TPN+Hepadif group (n=6). At the seventh day, liverfunctions (TBIL, AST, ALT, ALB), liver weight/body weight ratio, hepatic triglycerin (TG) and cholesterol (CHO) were tested,and the morphologic and histologic changes of the liver were observed. Results in the cirrhotic group,when compared with thenormal group,the serum TBIL and liver CHO had not significantly changes (P>0.05),but AST,ALT, liver TG, liver weight/bodyweight ration were increased significantly(p<0.05),the plasma ALB decreased significantly(p<0.05)between the TPN+Hepadifgroup and the TPN group,but in the TPN+Hepadif group,the liver TG,CHO were decreased significantly(p<0.05),and the liverfatty degeneration was minimized. Conclusion Hepadif can decrease the seventy of the liver fatty degeneration of the cirrhotic ratsadministrated by TPN.
