| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡 (又称细胞程序性死亡 )的调控由多种基因、核内外酶、信号蛋白等成分协同完成 ,其中DNA拓扑异构酶认为是细胞凋亡过程中核内相关的调控因素。作者就近年来对DNA拓扑异构酶的认识及其抑制物诱导细胞凋亡的机制和在细胞凋亡中的作用作一综述

| Abstract: | The control of cell death by apoptosis is exerted by the coordinated action of many genes, intra and extranuclear enzymes and signal proteins, of which DNA topoisomerases have been identified as contributing factors for apoptosis. This article reviewed the current knowledge on DNA topoisomerases and the mechanism of their inhibitors in the induction of apoptosis. And also their actions in apoptosis were summarized. |
