活髓牙夜间脱色后巩固治疗对美白效果稳定性的影响

目的：评价巩固治疗在活髓牙夜间脱色（ NGVB）中维持美白效果的影响。方法经过筛选的50位变色牙患者被随机均分为两组接受16％过氧化脲NGVB治疗。实验组在常规NGVB治疗后每个月巩固治疗1次，巩固12次，对照组则仅接受常规的NGVB漂白治疗。用VITALESCENCE美学修复比色板比较牙齿漂白前后的色阶变化，追踪2年后，再次评价漂白临床效果。结果实验组美白有效率与2年前相比无明显差异而对照组则下降明显。结论巩固治疗能够减少美白后效果反弹，经济实惠，操作简单，值得在NGVB治疗后推广。

The Influence of An Enhanced Night Guard Vital Bleaching Therapy on Treatment Efficacy and Stability

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of an enhanced therapy after night guard vital bleaching to maintain a longer whitening effect .Methods Fifty pre-selected patients with discolored teeth were randomly and evenly divided into 2 groups .The treatment group received one enhanced therapy every month after night guard vital bleaching,a total of 12 times.The control group was treated with NGVB only .Vitalescence Esthetic Restorative Masters Shade Guide was used to record the change of color and help evaluate the lightening efficacy .Two groups were followed up for two years and the lightening efficacy was evaluated again by then .Results Two years later ,the treatment group＆#39;s bleaching efficacy stayed the same as two years ago ,while that of control group dropped greatly .Conclusion The en-hanced therapy could greatly reduce the rebounce of discoloration .It is economical and practical ,easy to operate ,and is highly recommended to be used along with NGVB .
