胃腺瘤临床X线表现及鉴别诊断

目的研究胃腺瘤的X线表现及其鉴别诊断。方法23例经病理证实的胃腺瘤病例，回顾性分析其X线表现特征及诊断要点。结果23例胃腺瘤病例中，单发17例，多发6例。主要X线特征：单发胃腺瘤好发于胃窦部幽门前区，表现为圆形或类圆形突入腔内的充盈缺损，边缘光滑，带蒂者有一定的移动性。多发性胃腺瘤好发于体窦部，其形态与单发胃腺瘤的形态基本相同。结论胃肠钡餐检查可很好地显示胃腺瘤的形态、部位以及是否存在恶变，有助于定性诊断以及鉴别诊断。

X -ray manifestation and its distinguish diagnosis of gastric adenoma

Objective To evaluate the X - ray manifestation and its distinguish diagnosis of gastric adenoma. Methods 23 cases with gastric adenoma confirmed pathologicly were reviewed including 17 single cases and 6 multiple cases. Results The main X - ray characteristic of single gastric adenoma was easy to take place in the prepyloric of gastric antrum, as round or round - like entering cavity of gastric and shaped as filling defect,with the edge smooth,and pedunculated antrum had certain movement nature. Multiple gastric antrum was easy to take place in the corpus ventriculi, shaped as single gastric antrum. Conclusion Barium meal examination of gastro - intestinal tract can well show the shape and position of gastric adenoma and whether there is canceration. It is helpful for qualitative diagnosis and distinguish diagnosis.
