| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ABR和40HzAERP测试的相关性以及聋儿听力康复的重要性。方法：对6岁以下401例聋儿进行ABR和40HzAERP测试并进行比较，结果ABR测试无反应者为589耳（73．4％），40HzAERP测试无反应者为311耳（19．4％），前者明显高于后者（P＜0．01）。两种测试中有残听力的耳数随阈值的升高检出率亦升高。结论：由于ABR测试的局限性，无反应率高，必须和40HzAERP测试同时进行，以防止聋儿失去听力康复的机会，同时因聋儿多为重度和极重度聋，更应及早选配助听器。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation between ABR and 40 Hz AERP and to discuss its importance to hearing recovery. Methods ABR and 40 Hz AERP were detected and compared in 401 deaf children (age under 6- year - old). Results 589 ears were found no response to ABR detection (73.4%) and 311 ears no response to 40Hz AERP(19.4%). The former was obviously more than the latter( P < 0.01). The detection rate of the ears with remaning hearing increased with the rising of the threshold in ABR and 40 Hz AERP examinations. Conclusion As a result of ABR's Limitations and high ratio of no reactions, ABR detection has to be used with 40 Hz AERP to prevent deaf children from losing the chance of hearing recovery. Since these children generally me serious or extramely serious deaf, their hearing must be tested for hearing aids as soon as possible. |
