超临界流体技术制备微粒的研究进展

摘    要:目的:综述近年来超临界流体技术制备微粒的特点、分类、原理、方法及最新研究动态。方法:通过不同超临界流体技术方法比较,介绍该方法在药剂学中的应用特点。结果:超临界流体技术用于药物微粉化时,气化所需能量低,颗粒规则、均匀、晶型纯度高;在用于微球制备时,其粒径均匀,无有机溶媒残留,对药物的稳定性影响小,工艺重现性好。结论:超临界流体技术必将在药物微粉化和微球的制备方法上显示出其独特的优越性,其应用前景十分乐观。

Abstract:Objective: To review the characteristics, classification, theory and method of microsphere preparation with supercritical fluid technique (SFT) and recent trends of research. Methods: The characteristics of use of this technique in pharmaceutics are introduced by comparing the different supercritical fluid techniques. Results: The microparticles are even and regular by micronization with SFT. The microspheres are symmetrical, no organic solvent remains and there is little effect on drug stability when the microspheres are prepared with SFT. Conclusion: SFT will reveal its superiority in drug micronization and microsphere preparation. [
