以战略管理引导医院持续性发展

首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院创建于1958年，是一所集医疗、教学、科研为一体的大型综合性三级甲等医院，2005年医院领导班子提出了适合医院发展的“一二三”发展战略，即一个发展目标寨凝炼先进文化的国际化品牌医院；二条工作主线褒学术学科建设和经济经营管理；占领三个主体市场寨社会医疗保障市场、商业医疗保险市场和专科专病主题市场。经过六年来的启动、贯彻、推进、加强，朝阳医院一年一个台阶，取得了以战略管理引导医院持续发展的阶段性成绩。本文通过总结朝阳医院在医院发展战略引导下所取得的进步，表明制定正确的、可行的医院发展战略并一以贯之地落实、执行是医院持续发展的重要保证。

Through starting-up, carrying out, advancement, and enhancement, chaoyang hospital got a phase-achivement. This text will indicate that constituting a correct, feasible hospital development strategy, and continuing to carry out it persistently are the important assurance of hospital＇s development, through summing-up chaoyang hospital＇s advancement under the hospital development strategy＇s guidance.
