糖尿病结肠传输异常的发生率及相关因素分析

目的研究2型糖尿病患者的结肠传输异常的发生情况及相关的影响因素。方法以152例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中48 h胃肠传输试验(48 h GITT)检测异常合并消化道症状者33例设为观察1组,48 h GITT检测异常无消化道症状者31例设为观察2组,48 h GITT检测正常无消化道症状者88例设为对照组,对以上三组进行多因素分析。结果 152例2型糖尿病患者结肠传输异常发生率为42.1%。,观察1组平均病程、空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组间的糖化血红蛋白两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期的血糖、血压控制不良会加速糖尿病患者结肠功能紊乱并发症的发生。

Study on the Incidence of Diabetic Colonic Transit Abnormality and the Related Factors

Objective To study colonic transmission abnormality occurrence and related factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods 152 cases of patients with T2DM were selected as the research objects,wherein 33 DM patients with 48 h GITT detection of abnormalities associated with gastrointestinal symptoms were divided into the observation group1,31cases of 48 h GITT detection of abnormalities without gastrointestinal symptoms were divided into the observation group2,and 88 48 h GITT detection of normal gastrointestinal symptomswere defined as the control group,multiple factors analysis on the above mentioned three groups was done.Results Among the 152 cases of T2DM patients,abnormal colonic transit rate was 42.1%,the average duration,FBG and SBPand SDP of observation group1 were statistically different from the other two groups(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons of HbAlc between the three groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term poor control of glucose and blood pressure can accelerate the colonic dysfunction complications in DM patients.
