| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肝性脊髓病(HM)的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 对我院诊断HM8例患者进行回顾分析,分析HM的临床特点,对行肝移植治疗的患者随访术后患者肢体肌力恢复的情况.结果 HM主要发生于男性患者,以痉挛性截瘫为主要临床表现,不伴有感觉及括约肌功能障碍,电生理检查可检测出脊髓亚临床病变,脊髓核磁共振检查多数未见髓内异常改变,肝移植治疗患者双下肢肌力均得到不同程度恢复,其中0～6月恢复迅速,6～12月恢复速度减慢,1年以上肢体肌力恢复缓慢.结论 早期肝脏移植治疗是一种可从病因上治疗HM有效的治疗手段.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical features of hepatic myelopathy(HM),and to explore the possible therapy for HM patients.Methods Clinical data of 8 cases of definite HM patients were analyzed retrospectively,and we investigated the recovery of musle strenth of HM patients after liver transplatation.Results HM often occur in male,the main clinical feature was progressive paraparesis in the absence of sensory or sphincter impairment.Electrophysiologic abnormalities might exist even at the preclinical stage.MR... |
