| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广东省结核病患者艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染现况及其流行病学特征。方法 采用横断面调查方式,在30个调查县区中对2008年9月至2009年1月期间新登记的结核病患者进行问卷调查和HIV抗体检测。结果 调查期间共5447例结核病患者接受调查,其中HIV阳性25例,HIV感染率为0.46%（95%CI:0.28%~0.64%）。粤西地区结核病患者的HIV感染率为1.28%（95%CI:0.67%~1.88%）,高于全省平均水平,也明显高于粤中、粤东地区（P<0.01）。人群分布方面,3050岁的结核病患者HIV感染率最高（χ2=8.883,P=0.012）,为0.85%;本地户籍结核病患者的HIV感染率高于外地户籍（χ2=4.624,P=0.032）。结论 广东省结核病患者HIV感染率处于较低水平,但局部地区结核病患者HIV感染率偏高。
