摘    要:目的:利用计算机重建技术显示并研究与单孔神经切断术有关的手术解剖以及手术模拟。方法:取新鲜颞骨标本块,不脱钙聚合物包埋,骨切片机连续薄切片,经图像处理重建单孔神经、圆窗区及其毗邻结构。结果:重建图像细致精确,完整地显示了与单孔神经切断术有关的手术解剖,实现了单孔神经切断术的三维手术模拟,并初步提出以圆窗膜后端为参照点寻找单孔神经的方法。结论:应用计算机三维重建技术研究单孔神经切断术的手术解剖可以提供直观的立体视觉,能清楚显示各结构之间复杂的空间毗邻关系,可以满足临床医师的颞骨手术解剖研究和手术设计的需要。

Abstract:Objective:To display the virtual surgical anatomy in relation to the singular neurectomy by means of three dimensional(3D) reconstruction techniques.Methods:A temporal bone block was extracted from a fresh cadaver and undecalcified polymer-embeded.The specinmen was sectioned into serial 50-micron sections using a heavy-duty sliding microtome.After image processing,the contours of all structures in temporal bone were outlined and precisely reconstructed.Results:Many previously unreconstructed 3D structures in the temporal bone have been successfully and accurately created.The virtual surgical simulation of the singular neurectomy was also perfectly displayed.Conclusion:The virtual microanatomy of temporal bone can be used to display complicated spatial relationships of various tiny structures in relation to the singular neurectomy and can be used in surgical design and training.The posterior end of the round window membrane may be taken as a reference point to find the posterior ampullary nerve.
