| 摘 要： | 目的探讨焦虑与冠心病的相关性。方法应用艾森克人格问卷和焦虑自评量表对102例冠心病患者进行测查，同时对102例健康志愿者进行对照。结果冠心病患者的N神经质评分及焦虑水平皆显著高于健康对照组（P〈0．01）。结论冠心病患者存在高神经质及高焦虑水平。内科医生应在治疗心脏疾病的同时，关注患者的心理健康，以促进其全面康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the relationship between the anxiety and coronary heart disease. Methods 102 patients with CHD and 102 healthy persons were tested by EPQ and SAS. Results The patients group had significantly higher scales of N and SAS than the healthy group. Conclusion Doctors must show concern for both the mental health and coronary heart disease. |
