尿液分析仪测定中假阴性问题的分析

目的找出导致尿液测定误差的因素，提高测定的准确性。方法用尿液分析仪按操作规程检测尿液；取尿液用双目镜观察；对尿蛋白阴性标本采用水杨酸法和加热乙酸法进行对照检测。结果在340例尿液试纸带测定为阴性的标本中尿蛋白的阳性率为2．1％，颗粒管型的镜检阴性为1．7％，白细胞阳性率为0．6％，红细胞阳性率为0．6％。结论分析仪只适于检测白蛋白，不完全适用于球蛋白；分析仪只能检测中性粒细胞中的酯酶，不与淋巴细胞反应。试纸带易受尿液标本中化学因素干扰，平时应将试纸带与手工操作相结合。

False Negative Problem with Urine Analyzer During Urine Test

Objective To find out the factor resulted from urine test error and to enhance test accuracy.Methods Urine has been tested with analyzer,according to operating rules and observed with double lenses.The sample of negative urine protein has been tested with both salicylic acid and ethylic acid respectively.Results The samples of 340 cases have been tested negative with test paper,of which the positive rate was 2.1%.The negative rate in granular cast was 1.7% with micoscope.The negative rate in white blood cell was 0.6% and positive rate of red blood cell was 0.6%.Conclusion Analyzer can only test fatty enzyme in neutrophil cells and it does not have any reaction with lymph cells. Test paper band is easy to change the interference of the chemical factor in urine sample.It is better to combine test paper band with hand operation.
