川芎药材化学成分HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的通过川芎药材化学成分指纹图谱的研究,进一步研究川芎有效物质基础成分。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以梯度洗脱的方式,60 m in内在同一谱中同时完成水溶性成分和脂溶性成分的指纹图谱建立。结果通过四川省4个地区20批川芎药材的化学成分指纹图谱的分析,以平均数法模拟了具有18个共有峰的川芎药材化学成分指纹图谱;并进行了不同等级、不同产地川芎化学成分指纹图谱的分析。结论本方法不但可以用于川芎药材质量控制,还可以作为探索中药川芎有效物质基础研究的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective To study further the effective basic principles of Rhizoma Chuansiong through the analysis of fingerprint chromatograms of chemical constituents of Rhizoma Chuansiong.Method To set up the fingerprint chromatograms of water-soluble and liposoluble constituents at the same time in 60 minutes in gradient elution by using RP-HPLC.Results The fingerprint chromatograms with 18 common peaks were simulated with mean method and analysis of different grades and origin places of Rhizoma Chuansiong was made after the analysis of the fingerprint chromatograms from 20 groups of Rhizoma Chuansiong in 4 districts of Sichuan Province.Conclusion This method can be used in the qualitative control and investigation of effective principles of Rhizoma Chuansiong.
