腹主动脉骑跨栓塞15例诊治分析

目的　探讨和分析腹主动脉骑跨栓塞的诊治经验和教训。方法　全组 15例通过双侧股动脉切开Fogarty导管取栓 8例 ,经腹腔腹主动脉切开取栓 7例。结果　 9例治疗成功 ,4例截肢 ,2例死亡。所有成功病例 ,随访 5个月～ 5a,下肢情况良好。结论　经双侧股动脉切开Fogarty导管取栓是治疗腹主动脉骑跨栓塞最安全、简便、有效的方法。早期诊断和取栓是治疗成功的关键。

Diagnosis and treatment of abdominal saddle embolism:analysis of 15 cases

Objective To study the theraputic methods and their effect in the disease of abdominal aortic saddle embolism. Methods 15 patients were included in the study. The thrombi were taken out with Fogarty catheter by cutting bilateral thigh avtery . The other 7 cases were treated by cutting abdominal aortic. Results 9 cases were treated successfully,lower limbs were amputated in 4 cases, 2 cases died. All of the patients who were treated successfully had been followed up for five months to five years, Whose lower limbs keep well. Conclusions The study showed that taking out thrombi from bilateral thigh artery with Fogarty catheter is safe, simple and effective.It is important to diagnose early and take out thrombus as soon as possible.
