| 摘 要： | 细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)广泛地存在于人类各种肿瘤细胞刺激与肿瘤有关的成纤维细胞和肿瘤细胞自身的基质金属蛋白酶合成增加,进而改变基底膜组成成分和细胞外基质,其在恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移中起着重要的作用。本文对EMMPRIN在肿瘤发生发展中的作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | EMMPRIN exists widely in all human tumor cells, which can stimulate the increased synthesis of matrix metalloproteinase of fibroblast related to tumor and tumor cell themselves,and then change the component of basilar membrane and extracellular matrix ,which can play an important role in the tumor invasion and metastasis.This article reviews the role of EMMPRIN in the genesis and development of tumor. |
