EB病毒感染与自然流产的关系探讨

目的 探讨EB病毒（EBV）感染在自然流产中的作用及预防流产的临床意义.方法 选取2012年11月至2013年4月湖南省妇幼保健院不明原因流产妇女40例（观察组）及正常孕妇50例（对照组）,用ELISA法检测两组对象血清中EBV的核心抗原（NA）IgG,早期抗原（EA）IgM,衣壳抗原（VCA）IgM、IgG,分析EBV感染与自然流产的相关性.结果 观察组和对照组EBV-IgG阳性率分别为97.5%（39/40）、96.0%（48/50）（P＞0.05）;两组EA-IgM阳性率分别为50.0%和12.0%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组VCA-IgM阳性率分别为47.5%和10.0%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 EBV激活感染与不明原因早中孕期妊娠丢失有密切关系,应作为孕早期常规检测项目.

The relationship between Epstein-barr virus and spontaneous abortion

Objective To explore the role and the clinical significance of abortion prevention of Epstein - barr virus （EBV） infection in spontaneous abortion. Methods The serum EA-IgM, VCA-IgM, VCA-IgG, and NA-IgG of EBV of 40 unexplained abor- tion women （observation group） and 50 healthy pregnant women （control group） were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） from November 2012 to April 2013 in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hunan Province, and the correlation be- tween EBV infection and spontaneous abortion was analyzed. Results The EBV-IgG positive rates were 97. 5% and 96. 0% （ P 〉 0. 05）, the EA-IgM positive rates were 50. 0% and 12.0% , and the VCA-IgM positive rates were 47.5% and 10. 0% （ P 〈0.05） , in the observation and control groups, respectively. Conclusions There was a close relationship between EBV activated infection and unexolained soontaneous abortion in ear/v ore~,nancv. EBV was recommended as a conventional detection in early pregnancy.
