| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性萎缩性胃炎bcl-2蛋白的表达情况，探讨胃粘膜癌前病变与细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S—P法对73例慢性胃炎胃粘膜上的bcl-2表达情况进行观察。结果bcl-2在慢性萎缩性胃炎腺上皮上的表达明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎（P〈0．01）。结论bcl-2在慢性萎缩性胃炎中的表达增加，可能是胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖和凋亡失衡的重要机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To This study was performed to see the expression status of bcl-2 protein in Chronic atrophic gastritis and investigate the relationship between precancerous lesion and cell apoptosis of gastric mucosa. Methods The expression of bcl-2 in 73 gastric mucosa samples with chronic gastritis was evaluated by s-p immunohistochemistry. Results Bcl-2 expression in glandular epithelium with chronic atrophic gastritis was remarkably higher than those with chronic superficial gastritis. Conclusion The over- expression of bcl-2 in chronic atrophic gastritis may be one of the important mechanisms in gastric glandular epithelium proliferation and apoptosis disequilibrium. |
