| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨P53和P21蛋白异常表达在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法：应用免疫组化技术检测38例胃癌及相应癌旁组织中P53和P21蛋白的表达。结果：胃癌组织P53蛋白表达率84．21％（32／38），癌旁组织P53蛋白表达均为阴性。胃癌组织P53蛋白表达率明显高于癌旁组织，差别具有显著性（χ^2=55．27，P〈0．05）。胃癌组织P21蛋白阳性表达率52．63％（20／38），癌旁组织P21蛋白阳性表达率89．73％（34／38），胃癌组织P21蛋白阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织，差别有显著性（χ^2=12．546，P〈0．05）。胃癌组织中P21与P53蛋白共同阳性表达率为47．36％，但两者无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：P53和P21蛋白表达异常与胃癌发生有着密切关系。
