基于BP神经网络的半夏泻心汤及其类方性味药组对小鼠小肠运动的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨半夏泻心汤及其类方中性味药组对小鼠小肠运动的影响。方法:采用均匀设计法对半夏泻心汤及其类方进行拆方,测定各配比组合对正常对照、小肠运动抑制模型、小肠运动亢进模型小鼠小肠推进率的影响;基于BP神经网络,针对实验数据建立药味与药效指标的非线性映射模型;在模型基础上,固定各药组中药物的用量比例,进而分别筛选各药组在全方背景下的量效关系。结果:在半夏泻心汤及其2个类方中,半夏和干姜对小鼠肠运动抑制及亢进模型具有双向调节作用;干姜对正常小鼠的肠运动有明显的促进作用,半夏的作用不明显。结论:在肠运动模型,半夏的药效学作用与半夏泻心汤具有高度的一致性,提示半夏可能为半夏泻心汤之君药;但仅从小肠推进率的药效作用,尚难归纳出生姜和甘草的配伍角色。
