理舒达治疗高脂血症的疗效和安全性

目的:评价辛伐他汀胶囊(理舒达)治疗高脂血症的临床疗效和安全性.方法:50例高脂血症患者随机分为理舒达5,10,20,40mg组及辛伐他汀片(舒降之)20mg组,每组10例,每晚1次口服共4周.结果:理舒达5mg组总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平在治疗后明显降低(P＜0.05),三酰甘油(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗前后差异无显著性(P＞0.05);其他各组均能显著降低TC,TG,LDL-C和升高HDL-C,差异均有显著性(P＜0.05).理舒达20mg组与舒降之20mg组总有效率相近,差异无显著性(P＞0.05),而理舒达40mg组总有效率高于舒降之20mg组,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:理舒达与舒降之疗效相似,使用均较安全.

Comparison of the efficacy and safety of domestic with imported simvastatin

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of domestic simvastatin with an imported one. Methods: 50 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided to receive 5mg, 10mg, 20mg,or 40mg of domestic simvastatin or 20mg of imported simbastatin (ZOCOR) every night for 4 weeks. Results:The plasma level of TC,TG,and LDL-C in all dosage groups of domestic simvastatin, except 5 mg group, were significantly decreased and the plasma level of HDL-C was significantly increased in comparison with corresponding data before treatment (P < 0. 05 ) . No significant difference in effective rate was observed between domestic simvastatin 20mg group and imported simvastatin 20mg group but the total effective rate for domestic simvastatin 40mg group was significantly higher than imported simvastatin 20mg group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Domestic and imported simvastatin have similar therapeutic effect.
