| 摘 要： | 报告使用碘油抗癌乳剂治疗中晚期肝癌103例，均经X线，肝扫描，B超，CT或活检确诊。结果：80%以上疼痛减轻；17例肿块缩小，肿块平均最大直径由9.3cm缩小至7.8cm;AFP下降33例；存活3-4个月者41例，随访健存5个月者至1年者15例，2年5个月1例，显示弥漫型，炎症型癌肿患者治疗效果欠佳，并对本法作用机理及有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | One hundred and three patients with middle and late stage hepatoma diagnosed by X-ray, liver scanning,B-ultrasonography,CT,or biopsy were treated by embolization of the hepatic artery with lipi- odol and adriamycin. The results showed: 80% of the patients had pain eased; 17 cases had tumor re- duced,the greatest diameter of the tumor reduced from 9.3cm to 7.8cm. AFP level of 33 cases low- ered. 41 patients survived for 3 to 4 months, 15 patients for 5 to 12 months,and one for 29 months. This study indicated that there was no satisfactory therapeutic effect on both diffuse and inflammatory types. The mechanism of this treatment and related problems were also discussed. |
