| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双生子视力、眼位、屈光性质、弱视分类的遗传规律。方法：对７对同卵双生子和８对异卵双生子的远近视力、眼位、眼度、屈光进行和统计学分析，并计算一致率及遗传指数。结果：同卵双子视力、眼位、屈光性质、弱视分类的一致率分别为８５．７１％、８５．７１％、８５．５８％、７７．７８％；异卵双生子的一致率分别为３１．２５％、５０．０％、６２．５％、４０．０％；遗传度分别为７１．２１％、７１．４２％、６１．

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the hereditary relationship of visual acuity, ocular position, refractive status and amblyopia in twins.Methods:7 identical twins and 8 fraternal twins were enrolled and evaluated; then uniformity and heritability were calculated.Results:The uniformity of visual acuity, ocular position, refractive status and amblyopia were 85.71%, 85.71%, 85.58% and 77.78%, respectively, for identical twins, and 31.25%, 50.0%, 62.50%, 40.0%, respectively, for fraternal twins. Heritability was 71.21%, 71.42%, 61.49% and 62.96%, respectively.Conclusion:The visual acuity, ocular position, refractive status and amblyopia have hereditary characteristics in twins. |
