摘    要:目的:探讨农村社区以植物抑制钉螺的生态措施,实践预防血吸虫病的策略。方法:分析和综述了钉螺是血吸虫的中间宿主,运用植物改善生态环境、灭螺的机制。结果:推广以植物抑制钉螺的生态措施,有效减少灭螺化学药物的环境污染,降低灭螺费用,改善农村社区生态环境。结论:钉螺是血吸虫病传播的媒介,以植物抑制钉螺的生态措施,有利于阻断血吸虫病的传播,促进农村医疗卫生事业发展。

Abstract:Objective To explore the strategy of eliminating oncomelania and preventing schistosomiasis by vegetation for improving ecological environment in rural areas of China.Methods It was reviewed that oncomelania was intermediate host of schistosome and a role of pathological transmission of schistosomiasis.The mechanism of synusiologic strategy by vegetation of eliminating oncomelania and preventing schistosome was explained.Results It showed that synusiologic strategy of eliminating oncomelania and preventing schistosome improved ecological environment,decreased environmental pollution by chemicals of eliminating oncomelania,cut down costs of eliminating oncomelania.Conclusion Oncomelania is intermediate host of schistosome.It is believed that the strategy will cut out transmission of schistosomiasis,ensure improvement of economy and health service in the countryside.
