细辛脑联用香丹注射液佐治毛细支气管炎疗效评价

目的探讨细辛脑联用香丹注射液佐治毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 152例毛细支气管炎患儿用随机数字法分为2组：治疗组80例在常规治疗的同时应用细辛脑、香丹注射液分别静滴治疗;对照组72例给予常规方法治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效显效率60%,总有效率92.5%,对照组分别为41.66%及80.55%,2组比较有显著性差异（P均〈0.05）。结论细辛脑联用香丹注射液佐治毛细支气管炎优于常规治疗,安全、无副作用。

Evluation on the clinical effect of combinaeion asarone injection with xiangdan injection in treating bronchiolitis.

Objective To evalute the clinical efficacy of combination asarone Injection with Xiangdan Injection in treating bronchiolitis in children. Methods 152 patients with bronchiolitis were resandomly into 2 groups: 80 patients (treated group) received Asarone Injection and Xiangdan Injection on the basis of conventional treatment 72 patients(control group) received conventional treatment. Results The markedly effective rate was 60% and total effective rate was 92.5% in treated group but they were 41.66% and 80.55% in control group. In comparison between two groups the difference was significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion Combination Asarone Injection with Xiangdan Injection can be used in treating the children with bronchiolitis and improving the clinical symptoms with high safety.
