| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对于糖尿病患者采取有效护理的效果。方法选择该院2010年1月-2011年12月住院治疗的糖尿病患者53例．从糖尿病知识健康教育、心理、饮食、用药指导、运动指导、并发症预防、出院指导等方面给予全方位的护理，进行护理效果评价。结果通过全方位的护理措施，可以很好的控制血糖，降低了并发症，缓解了糖尿病病情，明显改善患者的生命质量。结论在糖尿病的临床治疗过程中，实施有效的护理，可以达到最优治疗效，使糖尿病患者生活质量大幅提高。 |

Experience of caring for patients with diabetes mellitus |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of effective nursing for patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 53 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were selected.All patients were received comprehensive nursing, incluing health education of diabetes, psychological nursing, diet and medication instruction, exercise instruction,prevention of complications and discharge guidance, etc.The effect of nursing was evaluated. Results After comprehensive nursing, good result was achieved such as control of blood glucose, reduction of complications, alleviation of the condition of diabetes and improvement of patients’ quality of life. Conclusions Implementation of effective care can achieve the optimal therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus. |
