三氟醚麻醉对体外循环下心脏手术患者的心肌保护作用研究

目的探讨七氟醚麻醉对体外循环下心脏手术患者的心肌保护作用研究。方法本实验选取了218例在2010年12月－2011年8月份在我科室进行治疗的体外循环下心脏手术患者为对象进行研究，把所有患者打乱分为109例实验组（七氟醚麻醉组）和109例对照组（全凭静脉麻醉组），后进行统计及比较各组患者的手术操作和复跳情况以及术后情况。结果实验组患者的手术操作和复跳情况以及术后情况明显优于对照组，P〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论七氟醚麻醉对体外循环下心脏手术患者的麻醉效果好，能很好的保护患者体外循环下心脏手术的正常心肌功能，并且有利于患者术后恢复，建议在体外循环下心脏手术患者中广泛使用。

Sevoflurane anesthesia on myocardial protection in patients undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary effects

Objective To study of sevoflurane anesthesia on cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass on myocardial protective effect of patients with.Methods This experimental select has 218 cases in December 2010 to August 2011 in I Department for treatment of body outside cycle Xia heart surgery patients for object for research,to all patients upset is divided into 109 cases experimental group(seven fluoride ether anesthesia group)and 109 cases control group(full with vein anesthesia group),Hou for statistics and the comparison all group patients of surgery operation and complex jump situation and operation Hou situation.The Results Experimental group patients after surgical operations and complex jumps and much better than the control group,P<0.05,there are significant differences.Conclusion sevoflurane anesthesia on cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation anesthesia effects of good,very good protection in patients with normal cardiac function during cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation,and postoperative recovery in patients with friendly,recommended for cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation in patients with extensive use.
