76例肛周脓肿一次性根治术临床疗效观察

目的观察和评估一次性根治术治疗肛门周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法将76例肛门周围脓肿病例行一次性根治性切开术（ARA）,观察病例术后感染控制情况,创面愈合时间,随访术后1年内的脓肿复发和肛瘘发生情况。结果治愈74例,好转2例,治愈率97.4%。疗程13～24d,平均19.5d。术后随访1年均无复发,亦无后遗症。结论一次性根治性切开术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿较单纯切开引流手术能降低术后脓肿的复发率和肛瘘的发生率,缩短病程。

clinical analysis radical resection of perianorectal abscess of 76 cases

Objective To explore the clinic treatment effect of radical resection on perianorectal abscess.Methods 76 cases of perianorectal radical resection(ARA).observed on their postoperative infection control condition,incision healing time,abscess relapse and anal fistula incidence by 1 year after operation.Results 74 cases were cured,cure rate 97.4%.Course 13~24 d,average 19.5 d.Patients were followed up 1 annual average without recurrence,also without sequelae.Conclusion ARA on perianorectal abscess is obvious superior has many virtue such as less postoperative infection control time,less incidence of abscess relapse and anal fistula postoperative,shorter course.
