窄谱中波紫外线联合转移因子胶囊和卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的观察窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）联合转移因子胶囊和卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将72例白癜风患者随机分为两组,治疗组（35例）口服转移因子胶囊和外用卤米松乳膏联合NB-UVB照射,对照组（37例）口服转移因子胶囊和外用卤米松乳膏,两组疗程相同,治疗结束时进行疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率77.14%,高于对照组43.24%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 NB-UVB联合转移因子胶囊和卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风有较好的疗效,安全。

Efficacy of Narrow-band UVB Combined with Transfer Factor Capsules and Halometasone Cream in Treatment of Vitiligo

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) radiation combined with transfer factor capsules and halometasone cream in treatment of vitiligo. Methods 72 patients with vitiligo were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (35cases) was treated with transfer factor capsules and topical 0.05% betamethasone cream combined with NB-UVB radiation, as the control group (37cases) only given transfer factor capsules and topical 0.05% betamethasone cream. The therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated the same time after the treatment. Results The total response rate (77.14%) in the treatment group was much higher than that (43.24%) of the control group. It showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical data demonstrate that the treatment of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) radiation combined with transfer factor capsules and halometasone cream, which is more effective and safety for vitiligo.
