| 摘 要： | 目的观察经内镜鼻胆管引流结合中药治疗胆结石急性梗阻性胆管炎的临床疗效。方法 6例胆结石急性梗阻性胆管炎采用经内镜胆道引流加中药治疗,观察临床疗效:体温,血白细胞恢复正常的时间,术后排气、排便的时间以及抗生素应用的时间,并与5例采用胆总管探查取石,T型管引流治疗进行比较。结果临床状况的指标,肠道功能恢复两组比较有明显差异。结论内镜结合中药治疗胆结石急性梗阻性胆管炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) combined with Chinese medication on acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis.Methods The treated group(6 cases) received ENBD combined with Chinese medicine.The control group(5 cases) was treated with choledocholithotomy and T tube drainage.Curative effect,Changes of body temperature,peripheral white blood cell(WBC),intestinal tract function were observed.Results A better clinical therapeutic effect and parameters were showed in the treated group as compared with the control group.Conclusion Combination of therapeutic endoscopy and Chinese medication has good effect in treating acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis. |
