小切口改良甲状腺切除术与传统手术方式的临床对比研究

目的探讨经颈部小切口改良甲状腺切除术在甲状腺手术中的可行性及应用价值。方法回顾性分析行甲状腺切除术患者的临床资料，将其分为小切口改良手术组和传统手术组，将2组术中、术后资料进行对比分析。结果小切口改良手术组在切口长度、失血量、手术时间、住院时间等方面均显着少于传统手术组，术后并发症也明显低于传统手术组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论小切口改良甲状腺切除术可简化手术过程，缩短手术时间，有效减少术中出血及术后并发症，是治疗甲状腺疾病的理想方式。

Clinical Comparative Study of Small Incision Modified Thyroidectomy and The Traditional Surgical

Objective Investigate the feasibility and application value of thyroid surgery through a small incision of the neck in thyroid surgery.Method Retrospective analysis the clinical data of thyroid surgery patients, and divided into small incision improved surgical group and traditional group, postoperative data of the two groups were analyzed. Results Small incision improved surgical group in incision length, operative time, blood loss, hospital stay were significantly less than in conventional surgery group, postoperative complications was significantly lower than conventional surgery group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The small incision modified thyroidectomy simplify the procedure, shorter operative time, reduce blood loss and postoperative complications, is an ideal way to treat thyroid disease.
