早期宫颈癌保留生育功能的治疗探讨

目的探讨早期（0-I b1期）宫颈癌患者保留生育功能的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年1月收治的早期（0-I b1）宫颈癌患者进行保留生育功能治疗的21例临床资料。结果 21例患者根据病情选择扩大宫颈锥切术、单纯宫颈切除术或根治性宫颈切除及盆腔淋巴结切除术,手术均获得成功,所有患者宫颈切缘无肿瘤浸润,术后病理诊断与术前相符。结论早期宫颈癌处理的关键在于术前要正确诊断、分期,保留生育功能治疗主要有扩大宫颈锥切术、单纯宫颈切除术、根治性宫颈切除及盆腔淋巴结切除术。

Study of preserving fertility treatment for ealy cervical cancer

Objective Study the treament for patients with early stage(stage 0~Ⅰb1) cervical cancer who desired to preserve fertility.Methods The clinical data from 21 cases which had early stage(stage 0~Ib1) cervical cancer and were undergone preserving fertility treatment from Jan.2008 To Jan.2011 was analyzed retrospectively.Results 21 patients were selected extended conization,simple trachelectomy or radical resection resection of the cervix and pelvic lymph node dissection according to the disease.All operations were successful.All patients with cervical margins free of tumor invasion,pathological diagnosis was consistent with the preoperative.Conclusion The key of treatment for early stage cervical cancer is the correct preoperative diagnosis,staging.Preserve fertility treatments are expanding conization,simple trachelectomy,radical resection of the cervix and pelvic lymph node dissection.
