12例浸润性胸腺瘤胸膜转移调强放疗结果分析

目的探讨胸腺瘤胸膜转移累及野调强放射治疗的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院2008年6月~2010年5月12例不能手术胸腺瘤胸膜转移病例逆向调强结果,探讨累及野照射的可行性。结果放疗DT50GyCT显示胸腺及胸膜肿块均缩小,但以胸膜肿块缩小明显。结论胸腺瘤胸膜转移累及野调强放射治疗能够提高靶区的照射剂量,减少正常组织剂量,近期局控率满意,但由于病例数少,随访时间短,远期生存率还需要进一步临床观察。

Effects analysis of intensity modulation radiated therapy for invasion thymoma with pleural metastasis 12 cases

Objective To explore the feasibility of intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) for pleural metastasis of thymoma involved field. Methods Retrospective analysis the results of 12 pleural metastasis of thymoma in June 2008 to May 2010 which can’t surgery, discuss the feasibility of irradiate to the involved field. Results Radiation therapy DT 50 Gy, CT shows the thymus and pleural mass are narrow, especially the pleural mass. Conclusion IMRT for pleural metastasis of thymoma involved field can increace the exposure dose of target area, reduce the dose of normal tissue, local control rate and recent therapeutic effect are satisfied, longterm survival await further study.
